An Edgewonk alternative with a free plan and monthly billing

Edgewonk is a long-standing journal with deep analytics, sold as one yearly plan. TradeLog takes a different route: a free plan, monthly or yearly Pro, prop firm rules built in and an AI coach you can ask about your own trades. Here is an honest side-by-side.

When Edgewonk is the better choice
- You want a long track record and a single yearly price with everything included.
- You rely on its custom analytics and Edge Finder reports and already know the tool.
When TradeLog is the better choice
- You want to try it for free first: the free plan has no time limit, and Pro has a 7-day free trial.
- You prefer to pay monthly ($24) rather than $197 up front.
- You run prop firm challenges and want your firm's rules (including trailing drawdown and minimum days) tracked from a template.
- You want to ask questions about your trading and get answers from your own numbers.
- You journal from your phone as well as your computer, or want it in Turkish.
Moving your history over
Download the history report from MT5 or MT4 (or your platform's export) and upload it to TradeLog: past trades come in with R calculated, and uploading the same file again never creates duplicates. See MT5/MT4 trading journal and Drawdown rules explained.
